I'm an experienced Social Media Manager who manages business pages on Facebook by creating content through eye-catching graphic designs using Canva that generates profitable engagements and inquiries.

I like organizing and planning things, from emails (Outlook and Gmail) to tasks, meetings, and scheduling events using Google Calendar.

With my experience as a customer service representative, I have developed and improved not just my skills ( written and verbal communication, problem-solving,  leadership, and analytics ) but also my work ethic.
